Do my members need to make accounts?

No. Parents and members open a balance page from a one-tap email link. Treasurers and co-treasurers sign in with Google.

How do you handle refunds?

Issue a refund from the payment page. Duezy records it as a refund entry against the original charge, with full audit trail.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. Daily Postgres backups with point-in-time recovery. You can also export everything to CSV anytime, no support ticket required.

What happens at the end of the free tier?

We will publish pricing at GA with at least 30 days notice. If you choose not to continue, your data exports as CSV and your account stays read-only.

Can I switch from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Paste your roster, import opening balances from CSV, and post adjustments as you reconcile. Most groups switch in a single sitting.
